BDB Bertsolaritzaren datu-basea

The objective of this study is to determine and analyze the thinking of Gayo Lues community on the cosmos in the Didong Jalu. The data in this research is analyzed based on both observation and documentation methods. The theoretical base used in this research is relied on literature sociological theoery suggested by Thomas Warton (1974) that literature work is considered to be expression of art and social document. The result of this study shows that Didong Jalu contains the thought of the Gayo Lues community regarding encompasses matters such as the universe, flora, fauna and tools used by the community.
