[PT] Busca-se refletir sobre os sentidos das narrativas e linguagens do rap a fim de reconhecer as ideologias, atores sociais que coexistem na cidade e as formas de contraposição à exclusão social dos espaços periféricos. Assim como, perceber de que maneira disputas relacionadas aos processos de intervenção no espaço urbano, como as políticas de controle sócio territorial, trabalham para manutenção da imobilidade física e social do sujeito periférico na cidade de São Paulo. E como o rap, para além de um estilo musical, portador de uma vertente comunicacional, se coloca como sistema orientador, narrativo e insurgente. Para o desenvolvimento da reflexão, foram realizadas pesquisas discográficas, análise das letras, entrevistas, depoimentos, documentários, observação em shows e eventos sobre o universo do rap.

[EN] It seeks to reflect on the senses of the narratives and languages of rap in order to recognize the ideologies, social actors that coexist in the city and the forms of opposition to the social exclusion of the peripheral spaces. As well as to understand how disputes related to intervention processes in urban space, such as socio- territorial control policies, work to maintain the physical and social immobility of the peripheral subject in the city of São Paulo. And as rap, in addition to a musical style, bearer of a communicational strand, is placed as a guiding system, narrative and insurgent. For the development of the reflection, we performed discographic research, analysis of the lyrics, interviews, testimonials, documentaries, observation in shows and events about the universe of rap.
